Cancellation Insurance

Sometimes things happen to prevent you from heading off on holiday. Our cancellation insurance offers you financial peace of mind. Should you need to cancel your holiday completely, or arrive late / leave early, then according to EU guidelines, hotels are allowed to pass on cancellation charges. To protect you from these charges in such circumstances, we suggest that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that the charges will be covered for you by ELVIA Travel Insurance.

Further useful information

• In the event of late arrival or early departure, the duration of the reservation less meals is taken as the calculation basis for your stay
• We would be grateful if you could call to let us know if you intend to arrive after 7 pm.
• Only written reservations accompanied by a deposit of €300.00 per room shall be considered to be binding.
• Please note that your accommodation is available from 3 pm on your day of arrival and until 10 am on your day of departure.
• Bed and breakfast only: € 11.00 reduction
• Dogs, per day: €12.00 excl. feed (please bring your own dog blanket and basket).
• Please understand that your four-legged friend may not enter some of our comfort rooms or the dining room, spa area and the gardens. We reserve the right to charge for a final clean of your accommodation, should it prove necessary after your stay.
