Bar
Our bar is open from 7.30 am to 11 pm. A place to meet, also with the locals.

Cuisine
Our breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 10 am. We welcome you for dinner between 6.30 pm and 8 pm. We serve sweet delicacies three times a week in the afternoon.

Pets
Well-behaved four-legged friends are welcome at the Hotel Baumwirt on request in the double room Standard Alpienne and in the double room Comfort Natura. We charge € 25.00 per day without food. We ask for your understanding that your four-legged friend is not permitted in the dining room, wellness area or on sunbathing lawn. We will be happy to reserve a table for you in the bar area for dinner.

Wellness and pool
For your relaxation, you will find a heated indoor-outdoor pool with whirl bank in our wellness area and a delightful sauna area with herbal steam bath, infrared cabin, Finnish or bio sauna and experience shower as well as a relaxation area. You will find a spa bag or basket with a snug bathrobe, bath towel and slippers in your room.

Check-in / Check-out
Your room is ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7.00 pm, please inform us by telephone. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 10.00 am.

Alternative diets and intolerances
We are happy to prepare vegetarian, lactose-free and/or gluten-free dishes on request. Please inform us before your stay.

Non-smoking
The entire hotel is a non-smoking zone. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and in the outdoor area.

Your booking becomes binding once you have placed your booking order in writing and we have confirmed it in writing.

Deposit
In order for your booking to be valid, we ask for a deposit of € 300.00 per room, which can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

Local tax
The local tax is € 3.50 per person per day (children under 14 years are excluded). This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and can only be paid on site.

Cancellation policy
Please note that room cancellations are only valid in written form. Cancellations up to 3 months before the start of your holiday are free of charge.
For cancellations up to 1 month before the start of your holiday, we charge 3 nights. From 1 month before the start of your holiday we charge 90% of the booked stay in the event of late arrival or early departure. We recommend taking out our travel insurance.

Holiday cancellation insurance
In the event that everything turns out differently and you want to cancel your stay with us, you can take out travel cancellation insurance here as a precaution.

Payment methods:
Cash payments are possible up to € 1,999.99. Other payment methods: EC card, Visa and MasterCard.

The indicated prices are per night and per person, including Baumwirt services, excluding local taxes.
For short stays of up to 2 nights, we charge a surcharge of € 5.00 per person and night.

Single room supplement
Our double rooms Standard Alpienne can be booked as a single on request. We charge a surcharge of € 20.00 per day for this.
