Whether after a hike on the Seiser Alm or after a day on the slopes: Our cosy and snug wellness oasis provides deep relaxation after a day in the mountains.

Warmth that does you good

Our sauna can be used as a Finnish sauna (90 Â°C) or as a bio sauna (60 Â°C). Either way, the heat stimulates circulation and strengthens the immune system when used regularly. In the herbal steam bath (40 Â°C), the vapours of essential oils open the pores, help to cleanse the skin and strengthen the circulation.

Relax with a cup of tea

Make yourself comfortable on a lounger in the relaxation area, close your eyes for a moment or forget the time with a good book.
What is more, drinking fluids after a sauna session is very healthy. There are several types of tea available for you in the tea corner. There is also fresh water from the in-house spring at the well.

Bioenergetic relaxation with hot stones and singing bowl

Attentive, slow massage grips and strokes are used to stimulate the entire metabolism and restore the body’s energy equilibrium. The combination of this massage and the application of hot stones and singing bowl allure you into a world of sensual stimulation and deep relaxation.
